    Cost for additional nights prior or following WELL-Med 2020:
  • 115€ for double room (sharing with another delegate)
  • 95 € for single room
    Conference delegates who wish to share a room with an accompanying person should pay an additional charge of 300 €. This includes:
  • Half Board accommodation for 4 nights (13-16 May 2020)
  • Welcome reception
  • Conference Party
  • Cultural events

Registration fees are indicated in Euros. All participants need to register their attendance at WELL-Med 2020 prior to the conference. It is not possible to register or pay on site. Participants can register only through the conference website


Confirmation, receipt & invoice

A confirmation of registration, including the detailed information of your registration with payment details will be sent by e-mail after your registration, once full payment has been received.


Cancellation policy

    Until 6 months prior to the beginning of the Conference: No penalty
  • from 6 months to 3 months prior to the beginning of the conference: penalty 50% of the registration fee.
  • from 3 months to 1 month prior to the beginning of the conference: penalty 85% of the registration fee.
  • from 30 days to the beginning of the conference: no refund.

The conference organizers cannot accept any liability for personal injuries sustained, or for loss or damage to property belonging to congress participants (or their accompanying person), either during, or as a result of the conference. Registration fees do not include insurance. By registering and paying your fees, you accept all the above terms and conditions.
